Got over excited wondering what they have for me.
And also anxious and nervous. What if they style my hair till.. disastrous.

:: Before - with long hair
This is me before the styling. Of course I enter with my original long hair anxious for a make over.
I was served by Miss Jacqueline Chang, the artistic director of the saloon.

:: Girlfriend - Coeq
My partners in crime, girlfriend came along. She wanted to do treatment for her hair. She was served by Chien, one of the stylist.

:: Darling - Aneeqa
Aneeqa just came back from Perth, she tagged along wanted to do something to her hair. She wanted to trim and color her.

Miss Jacqueline first asked me what length do I want. Is it okay to cut short? According to her, the Summer Styles are in 3 length - long, medium, short. And she asked if I would want and allow her to cut my hair short. She does this cause she wanted to ensure I am not offended by what she will be doing to my hair. Just to ensure my satisfaction. In Essensuals Hairdressing, customers satisfaction is their NUMBER ONE.
And I told her I am not sure of what style suits my face. She says she knows what to do with it. She asked if I am willing to cut my hair into short length since I’ve been having my hair long for like forever. For one thing, why I am fear of cutting my hair short is cause I used to have it short and people mistaken me as a boy. And then, I asked permission of my two besties and they say go for it, just make sure it suits me. And Jacqueline promised.

And here, she asked “READY???” And then, here I have. Super short… And I was like “Not bad.. that short. The cute short”

Goodbye to my long hair. Why they look like root?? Cause it was chop off when they are wet.
My super long hair is in the bin nowww…
Seeing my hair that way I know that my DNA would be save. LOL. Can you imagine your long hair into wig where others use?

Just look at them. They are my heart.
I 1st introduced Essensuals to my girlfriend, Coeq. And from that day onwards, she kept going there.
She just loves the place.
And now.. Aneeqa tagged along. First glance, she told she she absolutely love the environment.

This is me after the styling. Jacqueline won’t let me go just yet. To her, it wasn’t perfecto yet! She told me, it wasn’t complete without the right colour and highlights on.

Highlighting process is not long. Compare to other saloon I’ve been. They don’t even know when it is ready and when it is not.
According to Jacqueline, highlighting is to show the movement of my hair.

During the process of highlighting, my girlfriend’s treatment is done. And Ta Dah!
So prettyyy the curls.. I’ve always wanted these curls.. soo soo long..
But none of the saloon will do this for me. Maybe cause they say my original hair are curly and hair to maintain cause the top must be straight. (-____-) Maybe one day, Essensuals. Will you do that for me one day??

Aneeqa as well, haven’t done hers. She was accompanied by this heater look alike an alien spaceship.

My next process of course, wash off the highlights, blow dry and comes the colour dye.
Jacqueline recommended me natural brown. And guess what, I love it!!

Girlfriend too free, so i part time hired her as my photographer.
I look like a little kid strapped in a chair for a haircut, if you know what I mean.

Then, the process of blow drying. At this time, I am fully awake.
The day before I was rushing for my final editing of 3D object modeling’s video.
Will post it some day, yes.. some day. LOL

A farewell little gathering held at my work place, Jase Tea Room.
A place where my second home is.
A place where I meet new friends.
A place where I can be myself.
A place where is stress free from assignments. (LOL)

A gift we, the staff, gave our Boss. By the view of the gift, you should know that my Boss is a She.

This place brings me closer to this girl that I never thought would be the world to me.
I kinda miss her though. So much that every time I go to work, I would think of her.

Her name is Felicity. That day, the farewell is about her and Khuan.
She decided to make this farewell little gathering, which she wanted to buy us Sushi.
She at 1st asked each one of us if we love Sushi. Hell, ya!!

:: Cheesy Lava Crust Pizza
Pizzas were brought by Khuan.
They were heavenly, maybe because I haven’t eaten pizzas for years? Nahh.. for months~

In short, not only me misses her but the whole crew.
Trust me, it’s not easy to find someone you can know her so well by just a conversation.

Candy of the day: Currently worry about… ASSIGNMENTS! Never ending I TELL YA!!

Things I’ve found in my laptop which at times I forgot to blog about till one day you got nothing to do or just LAZY to do assignments and there these poooof out!
Looking at them, make me miss the moments I once had.

At times, we tend to loose ourselves by being trapped in lots of assignments, stress from work and all. Fun, the thing we tend to forget how to have FUN. As we grow old, we think fun is an immature thing to do. Responsibilities are important, I do agree but loosen up a little at times.
I miss moments like this when we go up to places like these, quiet where no one is around to see what we are doing. And, yes we know CCTV is watching us, but camwhoring with a gorgeous lady isn’t a crime, right?

My favorite one among all. LOL.
From time to time, people changed. That’s what I hear most of the time.
And yes, I see changes in me as well in everyone. Most in me.

Life is meaningless only if we allow it to be. Each of us has the power to give life meaning, to make our time and our bodies and our words into instruments of love and hope.

Candy of the day: Honestly speaking, assignment loads can make me bald.

Before dancing, of course one must eat to gain the energy.
If not one can faint easily. Water is a must. A huge bottle of water has to be tagging along with you all the way to the dance studio.
Every Tuesday, dancing class is the highlight of my day. I heart dancing so much.
So last Tuesday, I went to Causeway Bay for dinner. And of course, if you do not know what to eat, go for a place with varieties in the menu.

:: Yang Zhou Fried Rice
A fried rice that is er…. not that tasty. Can I say tasteless. I don’t know why but this time I go to the place, it’s not as satisfying as before. I need soy sauce to come with it. What’s more, the person who dine with me never eats chili and he needs chili for this.

:: Green Tea
Drinks at Causeway Bay is awesome. Satisfying. Maybe just maybe I ordered the right ones. Very refreshing Green Tea.

:: Ice Blended Plum
I was craving for something sour yet refreshing. And I ordered the right one. The look of it, I though it’s something sour till I can’t stand but.. yummy!!

:: Chicken Chop Mushroom Sizzling Noodle
Honestly, that day I went to Causeway Bay for sizzling noodles. And in the menu, there was a chef recommendation for this. And 1st taste was fab, but the more I taste, the more I do not like the noodle they use. Instead I much prefer the ones in Tun Jugah Food Gallery or even tHe Spring Food Court. Cause the noodle they use is alike normal instance mee where by the more you leave it alone, the more they become soggy and soft. But that’s not the big NO NO. The paste soup inside the noodle, makes it superly salty. Weirdly, this noodle I ordered is superly salty compare to the fried rice we ordered which is tasteless. We wished that we could transfer some saltyness from the noodle to the rice. On a brighter note, the ingredients in the noodle is fairly more than the noodle which one can’t find in most cafes and the chicken chop is tasty. Maybe cause of the chicken chop, the salty ness is added more? You be the judge.

Not trying to show how I pose but show my eye bags! I was bloated though even though the food was not as satisfying as before. I love the drinks.
